There is a basic
level of membership for the Brighton Kite Flyers and this can be combined
with membership of the Kite Society of Great Britain. Personal insurance which will cover you to fly on your own in Europe for personal pleasure, away from club organised and display events can be added to any of the above memberships at £10.50 for an individual or £15.75 for a family group per year also running from 1st June for 12 calendar months or part there off both prices inc insurance tax. Some events may not be covered and you will need to take out extra insurance depending on the event organisers requirements and we would suggest that if you are doing something out of the norm as individual flyers you check with the committee before taking the risk. (only full members of the club can take out this insurance) Affiliated membership which allows members of other clubs to join Brighton Kite Flyers where multiply membership of kite clubs is held at a non insured rate of £10.00 per year for an individual or family group. Proof of insurance with another club must be shown and Brighton Kite Flyers must not be the main club membership (this form of membership is at the discretion of the committee)
